Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the fanci platform and all associated services. By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the fanci website, you agree to these Terms in full and without reservation.
You must be at least 18 years old. Use of fanci's services by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information during age verification will result in immediate account closure, and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.

Account Creation, Security & Closure Policy

Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activity carried out using your login credentials, unless a fault on fanci's part is proven.
Account Suspension & Closure
Fanci reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time in the following circumstances:
- Providing False Registration Information
- Fraud or Attempted Cheating
- Platform Rule Violations
- Operating Multiple Accounts
- Suspected Illegal Activity
Voluntary Account Closure
To close your account, contact our support team. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance beforehand; however, any bonus balance may be forfeited if the associated wagering requirements have not been met.
Payments, Transactions & User Responsibilities
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on fanci are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits must be made through approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum limits vary by method and are displayed on the platform.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours to 24 hours. Large amounts may require identity verification. Without completed verification, withdrawals may be delayed.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers on fanci carry their own wagering requirements. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus. Attempting to withdraw a bonus before meeting the wagering requirements may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
Fanci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If abuse is detected in connection with any offer, action will be taken against the relevant account.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Fanci users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

All gaming outcomes are determined entirely by RNG (Random Number Generator). fanci is not liable for any financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
All content on the fanci platform — including logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and code — is protected under fanci's intellectual property rights. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of any kind without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Fanci reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Special Platform Usage Rules
Sports Betting
All betting offers on fanci are subject to change until settled. If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, the stake will be refunded. Different rules may apply to in-play bets.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, fanci reserves the right to void the affected bets. Intentionally exploiting erroneous odds will be treated as fraud.
Casino & Lottery
All casino games on fanci must be played with an active account balance. Lottery tickets cannot be cancelled once purchased, unless otherwise stated in the specific lottery's terms. Lottery prizes are automatically credited to your account based on the draw results.
